Who we are
Nelson has been a licensed real estate agent since 2009 and is licensed in Colorado and Florida. A Florida native, he has earned undergraduate degrees in Finance (University of South Florida) and Computer Science (Tampa College) as well as a masters in Business Administration (University of Tampa).
Nelson has spent a good part of his career as a certified Project Manager implementing financial systems for Fortune 500, Government and non-profit clients. Previous clients include a large Florida-based land developer and a national home builder.
He currently "hangs his shingle" with GF & A Realty in Sopchoppy, Florida

Nelson focuses on Land, Residential and Commercial real estate services in Florida's Big bend and Forgotten Coast.
He uses his deep business experience as well as his local knowledge to negotiate the best deal on behalf of his clients, yet strives to make every transaction a win-win for all parties
